Please include detailed information on the technical issue that you are experiencing with the hub.uk.markel.com site in order for us to ensure a fast resolution. To expedite your request, it is also helpful to include the following information:
- Usernames and emails that are associated with the account or previously used to access Markel systems. (Please do not send passwords.)
- The contact information for the Markel customer service representative or other Markel associates you have worked with. This can speed up security checks and ensure access to the correct systems.
- Your scheme and account details.
- Which Markel systems and services you accessed online previously.
